TeXlips maintenance
This clip begins with 6 basic options. They are:

(1) Change TeXlips directory settings: TeXlips uses 12 default directories to locate files that are needed to launch the programs supported by the library (see Directory Structure in TeXlips). Since the installation of these programs can differ from one computer to another, this clip makes it easy to store user-defined directories in TeXlips ini-file. These directories take precedence over the default directories when TeXlips searches for the necessary applications.
(2) Check library settings: The option examines the TeXlips ini-file for information about application directories, TeX template settings, launch programs and switches settings, perl file settings, and TeX and friends default options settings. The results are presented in a sequence of message boxes (depending on which settings you selected to view).
(3) Remove library settings: To remove all or selective ini-file settings related to TeXlips, select this option.
(4) Set sequential TeX launch defaults: Allows the user to change the default selections in the main clip wizard to all the Sequential launching clips (e.g. the Sequential LaTeX launch clip).
(5) Associate TeX files with NoteTab: This function allows you to automatically use the icons in the Icon Library "TeXlips_Icons.icl" that's available for download. If the icon library can be located (see Directory Structure in TeXlips) it specifies a default icon for each one of the 61 available file types. If the file type is a text file, then NoteTab is associated with the file type. For new file types, NoteTab is automatically set as the default application, while for old file types the user may decide whether or not NoteTab should be the default application. In both cases, NoteTab will be available from the context menu in Windows Explorer. This selection is only available if you have NoteTab version 4.8 or later since older versions don't support the necessary registry commands.
(6) Remove TeXlips file associations: This function does the opposite to the previous one. This selection is only available if you have NoteTab version 4.8 or later since older versions don't support the necessary registry commands. Use this function with care.
